Incorrect E-mail address and not receiving e-mails through LMS

Problem: Participant entered their e-mail incorrectly  and is not receiving e-mails through the LMS or has changed their e-mail address

          – Complete enrollment: LTC can edit e-mail address and update.

          – Enrollment not completed: Submit a Helpdesk ticket/LMS with participant name and correct e-mail address.
