The Last CL Entry column was removed to reduce Manage Participants processing time. This change is part of an evaluation process. Removal may be temporary. Use the LAST CL ENTRY FILTER as an alternative approach.

New BUTTON – ADD NEW GROUP from Participant Group page (02/28/22)
New button allows you to create a new group from the PARTICIPANT GROUP PAGE. Takes you right back to participant page.
Participant LOCATION: In Lab – Remote – Hybrid (02/01/22)
Add a LOCATION for each ACTIVE participant from MANAGE PARTICIPANTS.
Location options are only available for ACTIVE participants. The location on record will remain if an ACTIVE participant’s status is changed. Location cannot be changed until participant’s status is changed back to ACTIVE.
Remember to use FILTERS/ Show more > Participant Status: ACTIVE

Add COURSE to the LMS as you provide ATTAIN product access/accts (11/29/21)
Once added, the LMS automatically adds course(s) to the CL.
