Pre-App: Path for an applicant from the RED BUTTON: Is this your first application to ATTAIN?

In order help determine if a returning participant has an ATTAIN account in the LMS, applicant’s will be asked to answer a question when they select the red button.

Here’s the complete CONTACT US page. It can be completed by anyone interested in ATTAIN and now when redirected by the response to the pre-app question. Completed form is emailed to LTCs.
