The CONTACT LOG (CL) was created to improve communication between LTCs and track all support activities provided to a participant. Date, time and author are automatically added by LMS. Important to include current progress within a product and other information that may be important to a partner and/or another LTC. Contact Log (CL) entries cannot be edited. If you’d like to record activities that occurred prior to the CL was created, feel free to add the date to the text field. Character count has been increased to 500.
